1. Are you a company registered with Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)?

2. What do you compose/write?

2.1. Do you posses at least ten (10) songs with a minimum length of two (2) minutes?

2.1. Do you posses fifty (50) or more jingles equivalent to 10 songs, used in advertising or commercial uses?

2.1.1. Tick whichever applicable

Commercially performed for at least three (3) times in the last twelve (12) months in any premise, venue or event;
Recorded as part of a commercially-released movie or film;
Broadcasted on any TV, cable or radio station for at least three (3) times in the last twelve (12) months; or
Commercially released or published on one (1) digital streaming/ video platform and has a minimum of 1000 streams/ views.

3. Are you a member of other international affiliated organisations?
